Job summary

Tillys, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Gurnee, IL to lead a team of associates and managers in delivering the Tillys Experience to every customer. You will oversee all store operations, recruit and train staff, and create a fun, upbeat environment that drives productivity and customer focus.

As a Store Manager, you will lead a team of Associates and Managers to consistently deliver an amazing Tillys Experience to every Customer. You will be responsible for all aspects of running a Store, including managing the Store Team and overseeing all Store operations to achieve Company goals and objectives. Hourly Salary Range: $22.60 - $26.41
Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume and location.
