Tillys, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Coral Springs, FL to lead a team of Associates and Managers, delivering the Tillys Experience to every Customer. You will own all aspects of running the store and ensure store goals are met.

You will recruit, hire, train, develop and motivate a high-performing team, while overseeing daily operations, scheduling, inventory, loss prevention and visual standards. This is a full-time role with competitive benefits.

You will be responsible for all aspects of running a Store, including managing the Store Team and overseeing all Store operations to achieve Company goals and objectives.
