Job summary

Tillys Inc. is seeking a Co-Manager in Saint George, UT to support the Store Manager in daily operations and to lead a team toward a best-in-class customer experience. The role focuses on sales, staff development, scheduling, and maintaining visual standards within the store.

You will partner with leadership to drive performance, ensure a welcoming and upbeat environment, and help grow your career with increasing levels of responsibility. This is a full-time position at our Saint George store.

You will accomplish this by assisting the Store Manager in managing the daily operations of the Store, including selling, hiring and training, scheduling and payroll, visual standards, and so much more!
