Job summary

Tillys in Orlando is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of Associates and Managers to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will oversee all store operations, drive sales, and align with company goals while building a fun, upbeat, productive environment.

You will recruit, hire, train, develop and motivate staff, manage daily activities, and ensure store standards, visual merchandising, and inventory control are executed to maximize results.
