Chico's is seeking a Store Manager for the Mount Pleasant location to lead a team and deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience. You will drive store performance while coaching and developing a high-performing staff in a welcoming environment that reflects our culture of hospitality.

You will define vision, hire and coach a retail team, manage payroll and schedules, and use store reporting to drive improvements and meet sales goals.
