Role purpose

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our new store on Montana Ave in Los Angeles. You will shape a vibrant team and curate a luxurious customer experience, embodying our values of engagement, listening, and guiding customers to relevant products. Your leadership will motivate and develop your team to create memorable, inclusive experiences that enhance store performance.

As a full-time on-site manager, including some weekends, you will oversee budgeting, marketing, client base development, and daily team activities. The ideal candidate will bring diligence, passion, and a commitment to excellence.

What we are looking for

• Management experience in customer service
• Proven sales skills and ability to drive results
• Capability to introduce Aesop products through demonstrations
• Experience leading and coaching diverse teams
• Empathy and interpersonal relationship management
• Open-mindedness and curiosity about others
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and merchandising skills
• Knowledge of skincare industry (advantageous)
• Knowledge of hair, body care, fragrance, home categories (advantageous)
• Fluency in additional languages (advantageous)
• Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office
• Availability for 40-hour work weeks, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
