KnitWell Group is seeking a Store Manager for our Lane Bryant store in Council Bluffs, IA. You will lead the store team, drive sales, and ensure an inclusive, customer‑focused environment. You will coach associates and manage daily operations to meet business goals.

The role requires 1–3 years in specialty retail, prior management experience, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. English proficiency is essential.

Store Managers are responsible for increasing store business results while coaching and developing their team to create exceptional customer experiences. • Promote community involvement by supporting in-store events and philanthropic initiatives.

You’ll bring to the role
