Lane Bryant in Pearland, TX is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team, serve customers, and drive sales while coaching staff to deliver exceptional experiences. You will champion an inclusive culture for both associates and customers in a fashion-forward, plus-size brand environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of specialty retail experience.
• Prior management experience (specialty retail preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

You'll bring to the role

• 1–3 years of specialty retail experience
• Prior management experience (specialty retail preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately
