Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Store Manager for our Mall Of America location in Bloomington, MN. You will lead the customer and associate experiences, drive profitable operations, and ensure visual standards and community engagement.

You will coach a team, manage daily store operations, hire and develop talent, analyze reports, and promote in-store events while delivering exceptional customer service and omnichannel experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates.
• Strong people management and talent development skills.
• Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Tech proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and action plans.
• Organize, delegate and prioritize to meet deadlines.

You’ll bring to the role
