LOFT in Mall of America, Bloomington, MN is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment. You will recruit, train, and coach associates, drive exceptional customer experiences, manage operations, and oversee store budgeting and payroll while fostering an inclusive culture across our brand.

Lead with a hospitality mindset, develop talent, and implement strategies to grow store profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates.
• Strong people management and talent development.
• Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with ability to operate a POS system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and action plans to drive results.
• Organizational, delegation, and deadline prioritization skills.
