About the Team:

The Store Manager will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. As the Store Manager, you will fully immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product, taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers the exciting opportunity to spend time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and working alongside your team to drive sales. You will coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.

  • Attract and bring the best talent into Pandora across seasonal and core hiring, including Assistant Store Managers, Sales Associates, and Sales Leads.
  • Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR to address performance issues and policy violations.
  • Implement visual merchandising directives, ensure operational efficiency, and develop talent.

To craft your career with us, you should have:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
  • A demonstrated sense of care in your communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to connect with people at all organizational levels and charm your audience.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills to deliver positive results.
  • Skills in recruiting, retaining, and developing teams, including succession planning and internal mobility.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.
  • Proof of being at least 18 years old and eligible to work.
  • A flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds.
