About the Team:


The Store Manager will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. As the Store Manager, you will fully immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product, taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers the exciting opportunity to engage with customers on the sales floor and work alongside your team to drive sales. You will coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.

  • Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to address performance issues and policy violations.
  • Utilize your expertise across talent, brand, operations, and fan experience to ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, operational processes, and talent development.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment, demonstrating results-oriented leadership.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating a sense of Care.
  • The ability to connect with people at all organizational levels and captivate an audience.
  • Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
  • Talent in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams, with experience in succession planning and internal mobility.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail POS systems.
  • Minimum age of 18, with proof of identity and work eligibility.
  • A flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift over 50 pounds.
