Cash America Pawn in Florida is seeking a Store Manager with 2+ years of management and customer service experience to lead day-to-day store operations, drive customer satisfaction, and develop a high-performing team.

This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $21.80 to $29.25 plus a lucrative monthly bonus, earned wage access, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Competenze

• 2+ years of management and customer service experience in retail/sales is a plus.
• Store Manager will analyze store financial statements to meet goals and adjust as necessary.
• Store Manager will recruit and retain top talent and lead a customer-centric environment.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required.

Mansioni

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Monitor and assist in training staff to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through company-prescribed channels.
• Open and close the store, count cash drawers, and ensure asset protection procedures are followed.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, store systems, and reporting.
• Evaluate financial statements and drive profitability through communication and goal-setting.
• Ensure operating standards meet FirstCash standards.
• Monitor loan qualification and buying processes to maintain value and integrity of loans.
