Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Hawai‘i store. You will hire, supervise, and coach team members to deliver strong financial results and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations as part of Panda’s leadership pathway.
• Participate in leadership training programs and GM development track to prepare for future growth within Panda.
