Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations for a single Panda Express location and drive financial performance.
• Hire, train, and supervise store associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead the 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program and mentor your team.
