• Oversee operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, supervising, and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Ensure consistent execution of Panda standards and guest service
• Lead and develop team through an 8+ week leadership training program and ongoing coaching
