Qualifications

• High school diploma and willingness to relocate within 50 miles.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified or equivalent food safety certification.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training Program to develop management skills.
