Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location in Bristol, TN. You will hire, train, and supervise team members to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, training, and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure store runs smoothly and staff performance supports business objectives.
• Lead the store leadership training program and mentor team members to develop professionally.
