Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in leadership training and development as part of the GM path.
• Support the store team to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.
