Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager in Springfield, IL to lead a single Panda Express store, drive financial results, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will hire, train, and supervise associates while maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service.

The position includes an 8+ week leadership training program, mentoring, robust benefits, and opportunities for advancement within the Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Provide 8+ weeks of store leadership training and ongoing development to you and your team.
• Lead execution of store operations to ensure smooth service and quality standards.
