Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Texas. You will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing associates, and driving financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide 8+ weeks of leadership training, mentorship, and ongoing career development, plus a comprehensive benefits package for full-time associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Mobility within 50 miles of home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety: ServSafe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, train, and supervise store associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain retail financial performance.
• Coordinate leadership training and mentorship programs for team growth.
