Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group in Mountain View, CA, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location. You’ll hire, train, and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising, and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare for success.
• Ensure store performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction through effective leadership.
