Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express store in Laurel, MD. You will hire, manage and guide associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role includes an 8+ week leadership training program and strong Panda community mentorship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be willing to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to hit financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program.
