Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Kennewick, WA to lead a single Panda Express store, hire and direct associates, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. The role includes a mandatory leadership training program of 8+ weeks to prepare for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve goals and guest satisfaction.
• Drive store performance and ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare for success.
