Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager in DeKalb, IL to lead store operations and drive financial and guest experience goals. You will hire, coach, and direct associates and participate in an extensive leadership training program to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve business objectives.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to ensure success.
• Support and develop store staff to promote growth into management roles.
