Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification is required for food safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and drive financial performance.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Oversee training and development of team through leadership program.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
