Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Palestine, TX to oversee a single Panda Express location, hire and lead teammates, and drive guest satisfaction and financial results.

You will participate in a comprehensive store leadership training program (12+ weeks), with a path toward General Manager, and access to benefits including meal perks, insurance, and a 401K. Flexibility to work openings and closings is required.

Qualifications

• Store management experience or leadership role in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Flexibility to work openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express location, directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, train, and supervise team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with safety and brand standards.
• Participate in leadership development training and prepare for future General Manager responsibilities.
