• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, train, and manage team members as part of store leadership responsibilities.
• Lead and execute the 8+ weeks of store leadership training to ensure readiness and success.
• Maintain standards and drive store performance to achieve business objectives.
