Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in the Gurnee, IL area to oversee the daily operation of a single Panda Express location. You will hire, coach and supervise team members to meet financial targets and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain standards of operation.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
