Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda is 100% committed to the professional and personal development of our family of associates through paid Store Management Leadership Training and mentorship.

As a Store Manager you’ll oversee a single location, hire and grow team members, hit financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences, with eight or more weeks of leadership training to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings and closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, guiding daily activities and guest experience.
• Hire, train, and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver quality service.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, schedule management, and store performance.
• Participate in the eight or more weeks leadership training program to prepare for success.
