Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda Express focuses on professional and personal development through a Store Management Leadership Training program and mentorship within a supportive Panda community.

As a Store Manager, you will oversee the operation of a single store, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Eight weeks of leadership training will prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Don't worry! In order to prepare you for success, we will provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program.
