Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Serve Safe certification required for Food Safety.

• You are in charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead a store through an eight+ week leadership training program designed to prepare for success.
• Maintain a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with effective communication and teamwork.
