Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is hiring for a Store Manager to oversee a single Panda Express location. You will hire, supervise and coach associates to meet guest service, quality and financial goals while delivering an exceptional dining experience.

The role includes an 8+ week leadership training program, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package including meals, health options and a 401K with company match. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• ADA accommodations: able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure the store achieves financial goals and maintains quality standards.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week leadership training program.
