Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager in Fort Wayne, IN to run a single Panda Express location. You will hire, train, coach and direct associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes a 12+ week leadership training path, ongoing career development, and advancement toward General Manager through our GM development program. Local relocation not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership development through Panda's training programs and progression toward GM certification.
• Lead and coach the team to maintain Panda's operational standards and guest service quality.
