Job summary

As part of the General Manager development path, you will undergo 12+ weeks of leadership training and coaching, with a clear progression to GM upon successful completion and evaluations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, train, and supervise associates to meet financial and guest experience targets.
