Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Avon, IN, offering a structured leadership training program and ongoing mentorship to help you drive store performance and guest satisfaction.

You will oversee a single store, manage and develop associates, hire staff, and work a flexible schedule that may include openings, closings, weekends and holidays, with a focus on achieving financial goals and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from Avon, IN.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety certification (Serve Safe) required.

Responsabilités

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, directing and developing associates to meet financial goals and guest expectations.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
