You will lead a team, hire and direct associates, and drive guest satisfaction while meeting financial goals. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring and directing associates.
• Help achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a multi-week leadership training program.
• Support implementation of company policies and standards.
