Panda Restaurant Group in Casa Grande, AZ, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express store. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and supervise team to ensure efficient store operations and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee training and development of team members to align with Panda leadership standards.
• Support ongoing career and leadership development within the store and broader organization.
