Family Farm and Home is seeking a Store Manager - Unassigned to learn and lead store operations across our growing network. The role requires strong leadership to supervise a motivated team, drive sales, and uphold our values in customer service and merchandising.

The position includes learning all aspects of the store, with responsibilities that cover budgeting, inventory control, scheduling, and safety. Willingness to relocate within 6–12 months is expected.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company mission, values and a strong sales culture.
• Hire, coach, counsel, discipline and evaluate team members; schedule and monitor results.
• Manage store operations, merchandising, shrink control and budgeting to meet financial goals.
• Maintain inventories, ensure merchandise is received and displayed properly.
• Provide feedback to buyers and district managers; ensure safety and compliance.
• Lead efforts to build relationships with the local community and customers.
