The primary responsibility of a Family Farm and Home Store Manager - Unassigned is to learn and support the company's culture and philosophies. They must have strong leadership skills to motivate and supervise team members. The Store Manager - Unassigned will learn merchandising, shrink control, and store operations. A successful candidate will be knowledgeable about the local market, customer base, seasonal opportunities, competitors, and other market specifics influencing the business. This role requires being a role model, leader, problem-solver, and strategic thinker, managing time effectively to meet budgeted goals.
Store Manager - Unassigned will be responsible for learning how to operate a store within 6 to 12 months and must be willing and able to relocate afterward.

Requirements for Manager Trainee:
A successful Store Manager - Unassigned demonstrates excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, can manage with limited supervision, and possesses good communication skills. They should be comfortable with hiring and firing, understand customer service, and be team-oriented. They must interpret data effectively, handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and be physically capable of standing for extended periods, moving merchandise, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays is required.
