Job summary

Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for our HELE location in Waianae, HI to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service.

The role combines safety, people management, sales accountability, and inventory control within a fast-paced retail environment. You will train and develop staff, manage schedules, monitor fuel and merchandise performance, and uphold company standards across the store while driving a welcoming community experience with the Kama'aina Rewards

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with legal work authorization in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year store manager or assistant store manager experience; 2 years convenience store/retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and train staff on safety practices.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, and ongoing training for store employees.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and manage cash handling.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and promotions to maximize profit.
• Oversee facilities, signage, and POS operations for smooth store performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
