Job summary

GNC Corp. in Hazle Township, PA is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach and develop a sales team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience aligned with the Live Well brand.

You will be responsible for merchandising, achieving sales and productivity goals, overseeing opening/closing, managing inventory, and representing GNC at community events and promotions to grow the business and our loyal MYGNC Rewards customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the store team to provide exceptional service to customers.
• Oversee daily store operations including business performance and product management.
• Represent the GNC brand by offering expert product knowledge and promoting the Live Well message.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals and assist associates to realize their sales potential.
• Open, close, and operate the retail facility, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Attend community events to promote the organization's mission and initiatives.
