Job summary

GNC is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to drive day-to-day retail operations and lead a high-energy store team. You will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals, and upholding GNC's Live Well brand across knowledgeably recommending products.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage schedules, and a commitment to maintaining store standards and inventory accuracy. In-person work with potential for weekend coverage and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of retail sales and management experience in a specialty retail environment.
• Self-motivated with strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for day-to-day retail operations in collaboration with the District Manager.
• Lead and develop store associates to achieve personal sales and productivity goals.
• Open, close and operate the retail facility including cash handling, inventory and deposits.
• Order merchandise and supplies to maintain inventory levels and store appearance.
• Ensure omni-channel orders are completed accurately and timely; stay aligned with marketing initiatives.
