GNC in Charleston, SC is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach a sales team, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced health-and-wellness environment.

You will manage merchandising, drive sales, handle cash and inventory, and promote the 'Live Well' brand while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. This is a full-time, hourly supervisory-level role with community presence and holiday coverage.

Formación

• Experience leading a retail team and driving sales.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train, motivate and manage performance.
• Knowledge of health and wellness products is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and support the team to provide exceptional service.
• Oversee daily store operations, performance, and product management.
• Represent the GNC brand with expert product knowledge and Live Well messaging.
• Open, close and operate the retail facility including cash handling.
• Attend community events to promote GNC's mission and initiatives.
• Ensure products are merchandised per GNC standards and are easy to see and buy.
