As a Store Manager, you will oversee a single location, hire and direct staff, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles of home.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including opening/closing, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified food safety credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• You will receive eight weeks (or more) of store leadership training to prepare for success.
