Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is looking for dynamic Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor to lead daily operations in our San Francisco–area stores. You will recruit, train, and coach a high-performance team while delivering an outstanding customer experience and meeting sales targets.

You will manage inventory, merchandising, and store maintenance, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced retail
