Job summary

Sally Beauty is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales.

You will recruit and develop talent, manage store operations and inventory, and ensure budget adherence while upholding safety and company policies. Cosmetology is a plus but not required; candidates should be 18+ with 3+ years in customer service/retail and 1 year in sales management.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire your team and ensure every customer has a great experience.
• Oversee store operations to meet/exceed sales goals, budget, expenses, inventory.
• Protect customers, associates and store assets by following safety and company policies.
