Panda Express, operated by Panda Restaurant Group, Inc., is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single location, drive guest satisfaction, and achieve financial goals. You will manage staff, hire, and direct teams while participating in a comprehensive 8+ week leadership training program.

Candidates must have a high school diploma, be willing to relocate within 50 miles, and maintain Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

• In charge of store operations, including hiring, managing and directing associates to hit financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure store runs smoothly and maintains Panda Express standards with a focus on guest experiences and financial performance.
