Job summary

Saver Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to deliver an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales and profitability. You will lead a diverse team, maintain daily operations, and uphold food safety, safety, and compliance standards across the store.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of managerial experience, strong knowledge of labor laws, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. A background check and drug test are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of management experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal labor laws.
• Ability to regularly lift 50lbs.
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, coaching and development to store team members.
• Operates according to company standards to maximize sales and shopping experience.
• Recruits and develops team members using established processes and resources.
• Trains and mentors staff to ensure future success and upskilling.
