Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform essential duties and duties described.
• Ability to supervise and train staff on equipment and materials.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed for CSR/ASM.
• Ability to use computer including reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees; ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks; maintain a clean, stocked site.
• Schedule employees to maximize service and image.
• Promote safe, professional image and community relations.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Train employees on safety procedures and company standards.
• Communicate timely with site team and Market Manager.
• Organize files, reports, sales and margins analysis.
